HMD Global announces that all Nokia phones will be updated to the latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Since Google officially announced the Android 9 Pie, the software has just been limited to two phones models, Pixel’s and Essential.
We have wide-range of Android ONE devices, especially from Nokia. But the upcoming Android 9 Pie will not only be limited to Nokia phones with Android ONE, but to all Nokia devices.
If you purchased a Nokia device, licensed by HMD Global, you are lucky as all Nokia Android phones will receive the one time big update.
The Finnish company, will join others to bring the update to all their phones, Essential did it anyways, but it was just one mobile phone.
It concerns all Nokia phones, be it low-end, mid-range or high-end devices. Even the China exclusives Nokia devices will also get the prosperous update also. And the Android Go might receive the updates before others.
