You can share your screen on mobile devices on Facebook messenger, and it is available for download on Android, iOS, and the web. To get started, you have to download the latest app from your phone’s app store.
With the new Facebook messenger features on its latest app, users can be able to share his/her phone or tablet screen when calling a friend one on one, in a group chat, or while taking part in even larger conversations via Messenger Rooms.
This new feature has made video conferencing more colorful on Facebook messenger, as you can now do screen sharing in video calls and Messenger Rooms on both iOS and Android.
In Messenger Room, you can share your screen with up to eight people in group chats or up to 16 people (Facebook working on 50 people expansion in Room), this might be taken from either your camera roll pictures or your Instagram feed, etc.
“We will soon add the ability to control who can share their screen in Rooms and expand the number of people you can share your screen with up to 50 within Messenger Rooms.”
How to share your phone’s screen on Messenger
