Infinix finally announces their latest camera phone S-series in Nigeria, it is the Infinix S5 and S5 Lite with Infinity-O display, 6.6 inch 20:9 aspect ratio, 4G LTE, in-display selfie camera, and 4000mAh battery capacity.
The both phones arrives with few identical specifications and features, but as usual, the original standard Infinix S5 comes with slightly bigger features. The Infinix S5 was first unveiled in India.
Thankfully, you can now pre-order the phones from today, with a starting price of N5000, from 6th to 12th November. If you should go with this pre-order, you will get a free HD Bluetooth headset.
It is worth noting that the Infinix S5 and Infinix S5 Lite are the company’s first Smartphone to arrived with Infinity-O display, which holds a single selfie camera on the top-left display.
Although, the Infinix S5 and S5 Lite are available in two separate variants. Which includes the Infinix S5 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, while there is the S5 lite (3GB RAM + 32GB storage) and (3GB RAM + 64GB storage).

The both phones arrives with the same 6.6-inch (1600×720 pixels) 20:9 aspect ratio HD+ display with 480 nits brightness, with a Infinix-O screen display, which boasts of 90.5%screen-to-body ratio, slimmer bezels around the display.
It is worth mentioning that Infinix is slowly incorporating current top-notch specifications to their mid-range phones. Also sports a unique metallic luster in feather pattern.
Well, the both phones screen display is bigger than the all of Infinix’s series including the Hot 8. Anyways, they are the direct successor to the Infinix S4.
The Infinix S5 arrives with a AI-QUAD rear cameras, which includes the main 16-megapixels AF Ultra-wide angle lens + 5-megapixels AF Macro lens camera + 2-megapixels FF Depth field camera + QVGA FF with QUAD-rear flash.
And a single 32-megapixels selfie camera with 1.6 μm, larger pixels F2.0 Aperture and support 4-in-1 Super Pixel technology, AR stickers, AR emoji.
While on the other hand, the S5 Lite consists of AI-triple rear camera, 16-megapixels AF + 2-megapixels FF + QVGA FF with QUAD-rear flash. With a 16-megapixels selfie camera with HDR+, AI backlit portrait master F2.0 aperture, and 4-in-1 Super Pixel technology.
They are both available in Quetzal Cyan, Violet, Nebula Black color options, with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor scanner.
