Infinix ZERO 20 with Helio G99 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 4,500mAh battery goes official

    With a 6nm chipset running through MediaTek Helio G99 processor, Infinix officially announces its latest Smartphone with exclusive features and specifications, this is the Infinix ZERO 20 and comes in three colors: Space Gray, Glitter Gold, and Green Fantasy.

    Infinix also unveiled the Zero Ultra, but with the Infinix Zero 20 featuring a gigantic 60-megapixel autofocus camera with OIS support, it comes out as the first world Smartphone to feature that. The company promises “smooth footage in all lighting conditions”.

    The company didn’t slack around the back camera, they also added magnificent three cameras around the back, featuring a primary 108-megapixel f/1.75 camera, including a 13-megapixels ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixels depth sensor. There’s Quad LED flash support.

    Infinix ZERO 20 camera

    On the front is a 6.7-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED screen with support for a 90Hz refresh rate, which produces a cinematic view expressly on the vivid screen display. It measures 7.98mm and weighs 196g.

    There are superb connectivity options such as Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. With the help of the chipset, there’s Networking Engine 2.0 which gives a faster response and more reliable connectivity to ensure you always stay connected.

    Powering the smartphone is a TSMC N6 6nm gaming processor from MediaTek, say hello to the Helio G99 CPU with two high-performance Arm Cortex-A76 processors clocking up to 2.2GHz and a highly capable Arm Mali G57-class GPU.

    Thanks to the new chipset, there’s support for high-performance LPDDR4X memory up to 2,133MHz and fast UFS 2.2-class storage accelerate data access, maximizing performance in games, apps, and everyday activities.

    The Infinix ZERO 20

    The Infinix Zero 20 runs Android 12 with XOS 12, and the company promises 2 years of security updates and 1 Android update for the phone. It packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 45W supercharge functionality that can rapidly charge to 75% in 30 minutes.

    It is available in 8GB RAM, with 5GB RAM expandable RAM, and 128GB storage, which is expandable up to 2TB with a microSD card slot. The Infinix ZERO 20 was officially launched in India for Rs. 15,999, and it should cost around N90,000 – N120,000 in Nigeria.
