On the 5th of June, itel launched its latest mid-range phone in the power series, it is the itel P36 and itel P36 PRO LTE with a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop display, AI dual rear camera setup, 5000mAh battery, and 8-megapixels front-facing camera.
itel mobile claimed that the company is an entry-level and reliable mobile phone brand, and they are definitely living up to the standard, and slightly above it.
Before now, the company has launched the itel P33 and P33 Plus in the power series, and itel A56 and A56 PRO in the A-series lineup. Anyways, the itel P36 is assisted with the P36 PRO LTE.

The itel P36 is the vanilla option in the P36 lineup, both come with a 6.5-inch HD+ with waterdrop notch with 8-megapixels selfie camera with AI beauty mode.
You can choose any of the three gradient colors, from the Gradation Purple, Gradation Blue, to the Deep Blue color option to keep your fashion sense active.
Both phones carry an 8.6mm ultra-slim unibody design with rounded curved-edge, that brings sleek and classy design. It is what the company is calling “Double S Line design” and a superior matte frosted glass (AG) spraying technology.
At the back of the phones is an AI dual rear cameras, while the itel P36 come with 8-megapixels as the main camera, while the itel P36 PRO LTE with 13-megapixels with LED Flash.
The itel P36 is powered by a Spreadtrum SC7731E 1.3GHz Quad-core processor, with 16GB inbuilt storage and 1GB RAM. While the itel P36 PRO LTE with SC9863A 1.6GHz Octa-core chipset with 32GB ROM + 2GB RAM.

Both phones are powered by a 5000mAh battery capacity with AI Power Master, and the P36 PRO LTE support 10W fast charge technology. itel said that the phones can satisfy more than 3 days of normal use.
There is a fingerprint sensor scanner at the back of the phones, and they also support the Face Unlock feature, which uses your front camera as your password.
Where the itel P36 runs on Android Pie (Go edition) out of the box, and the P36 PRO LTE runs on Android Pie. The itel P36 is priced at N33,500, while the itel P36 PRO LTE goes for N43,500.

During the launch, itel introduced a super slim 10000mAh power bank that has a 2.1A fast charging feature, itel ITW-60 earpods are wire-free with a battery life of up to 18 hours. The online launch was anchored by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu along with their new Hip-hop artist, Olamide Adedeji.
It is safe to say that itel mobile is definitely a developing Smartphone brand with many portfolios attached to its loins. itel mobile claimed that after years of development, the company has expanded its presence in around 50 emerging markets globally and entered Russia and the Philippines market in 2018.
