LG announces W10, W30 and W30 PRO with 4000mAh battery and AI cameras

    LG announces a new line of phone, it is the W-series and in recognition to that, the company has released three devices, which are LG W10, W30, and W30 Pro Android powered Smartphone.

    The LG W10, W30, W30 Pro were officially launched in India today, and the three mobile phones arrives with almost similar design, the notches.

    Well, they are distinctively known for their battery capacity, and AI camera features, which includes the Night Mode, Portrait, Bokeh, and Wide-Angle modes.

    However, the W30 and W30 Pro arrives with waterdrop-style display notch, while the LG W10 comes with a traditional wide notch display.

    Like it or leave it, but the LG W30 steals the show here, as it is completely powered by a different Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC with 4GB of RAM.

    On the other hand, the LG W30 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC with 3GB of RAM. And they both run on the same Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.

    The company touted that “the W30 Pro comes with StereoPulse Sound that uses internal space of the smartphone as a resonance chamber to deliver double the bass of conventional smartphones for powerful without the need for external speaker”

    The LG W30 arrives in Thunder Blue, Platinum Grey and Aurora Green colors while the LG W30 Pro comes in Pine Green, Denim Blue, and Black colors.

    The LG 30 sports a 6.26-inch screen size, while the W30 Pro with 6.217-inch display, both with (1520 × 720 pixels) 19:9 IPS V notch FullVision display.

    For the cameras, the LG W30 and LG W30 Pro sports the a triple camera sensors on the back, with features such as normal, night mode, portrait, slow motion and wide angle.

    The LG W30 PRO features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 8MP 100-degree (without distortion) ultra-wide camera, 5MP depth sensor.

    While the LG W30 with 12MP rear camera with Sony IMX486 sensor, LED flash, 13MP 100-degree (without distortion) ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth sensor.

    The LG W30 and W30 feature 16MP front camera and 8MP in W10 that works in tandem to create the perfect bokeh effect with an on-screen slider to adjust the amount of background blur.

    Both phones are fueled by a 4000mAh built-in battery with fast charging. While the network and connectivity features includes Hybrid Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS.

    The LG W30 and LG W30 PRO will be available on starting from 3rd of July, but the LG W30 is priced at Rs. 9999 but the PRO version will be available later on.

    Unlike others in the series, the LG W10 arrives with a 6.19-inch (1512 x 720 pixels) 18.9:9 HD+ Notch FullVision display, and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) OS.

    It is also powered by a 2GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm processor with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, coupled with 3GB of RAM, 32GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.

    The device comes with dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD), Fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dimension of 156 × 76.2 × 8.5mm and it weighs 164g. The LG W10 comes in Tulip Purple and Smokey Grey color options.

    It arrives with dual rear camera, the main 13-megapixels back camera with LED flash, PDAF, and a secondary 5-megapixels camera. While a single 8-megapixels stays at the front with AI face unlock.

    The LG W10 arrives with dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band WiFi , Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, micro USB, and powered by a 4000mAh built-in battery. It is priced at Rs. 8,999.
