Well, well, to those that aren’t regular on the internet or web, the President of US, Donald Trump, met with Russia President, Vladimir Putin in a meeting at G20 international forum and it was their first meeting as President.
So to honor the successful meeting with the two (among others) powerful men personnel in the world, Russian phone customiser Caviar launched the Most Anticipated Phone, Nokia 3310 with their images craved in it!
However, there is no much difference between the newly launched 3310 (2017) feature phone with the regular one apart from the luxurious leather casing that has stripes of ‘Black Velvet’, as pointed out in a report by Neowin.
Meanwhile, the case is made up of tempered titanium of VT-23 grade and the coating is a damask steel pattern. Caviar says that the emblem shows both Donald Trump and Putin looking in the same direction, which shows the common desire for progress in Russian-American relations from both the world leaders.
The design is massive and this emblem is not only on the Feature phone, it is also on the iPhone 7 & 7 Plus but while the Nokia 3310 (2017) goes for $2,468 which roughly translates to Rs 1.6 lakh in India and N900,820 (at 365 per dollar), then you will have to pay more for the iPhone series.
Well, how can one forgo the normal regular N20k for Nokia 3310 (2017) and get the Putin-Trump emblem for such amount? There is no change of hardware, features but it is expected to be sturdier than the original or regular feature phone.
Specs:
The Nokia 3310 (2017) has a 2.4-inch QVGA colour display and runs Series 30+ software inside. The dual-SIM feature phone comes with a 2MP camera on the back and support for expandable memory via a dedicated microSD card slot. It offers up to 22 hours of battery life, according to HMD, but sadly does not come with support for 4G LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity.
It is great to experience something like this but the price tho! Are you going to ****? I hope you’d understand because am afraid am not going to! Period!
