Chinese Smartphone maker, OPPO mobile announces the A91 and A8 as part of the company’s latest A-series in China. Both phones come with different specifications and features.
The OPPO A91 arrives with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, 48MP QUAD rear cameras, an in-display fingerprint scanner and it is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 SoC with 8GB of RAM.
On the other hand, the OPPO A8 arrives with a 6.5-inch HD+ screen, MediaTek Helio P35 SoC with 4GB of RAM, and it is fueled by a 4230mAh battery capacity.

The Oppo A91 comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 90.7% screen-to-body ratio, while the Oppo A8 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) display with 89% screen-to-body ratio and a waterdrop notch at the top.
Oppo A91 is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor with 900MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.
But the Oppo A8 is backed by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 12nm processor, IMG PowerVR GE8320. 4GB RAM, 128GB storage, expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.
Oppo A8 packs a triple rear camera that consists of a 12-megapixels rear camera with LED flash, EIS, 2-megapixels depth sensor and 2-megapixels camera for 4cm macro with 1.75μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture. And a single 8-megapixels front-facing camera.
On the other hand, the Oppo A91 arrives with the main 48-megapixels rear camera with LED flash, 8-megapixels 119° ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.25 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size with 2-megapixels depth sensor, f/2.4 aperture, 1.75μm pixel size, and a 2MP for 4cm macro with f/2.4 aperture,1.75μm pixel size.

The A8 comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and 4230mAh battery capacity, while the A91 with an in-display fingerprint sensor scanner and 4000mAh battery.
The OPPO A91 is priced at 1999 yuan ($285), and the A8 costs around 1199 yuan ($171). You can start buying the device from Both these will go on sale from December 26th in China.
