Realme GT Neo3 official with the new 150W UltraDart charging and 80W model

With the new 150W UltraDart charging, realme GT Neo3 was officially unveiled in China. The new device is available in two major variants – based on the battery capacity and fast charging support – 150W fast charging and 80W fast charging.

The realme GT Neo3 with 150W UltraDart charging is apparently the first Smartphone to come with such technology that charges the 4500mAh battery up to 50% in 5 minutes and 100% in less than 15 minutes.

The new fast charging technology uses a second charge chip and TUV Rhineland safe fast-charging certification, and the company claims that even after 1600 charging and discharging cycles the battery can retain over 80% health. It supports 80W, 65W, and 50W PPS and up to 100W PPS and PD charging.

On the other hand, there is the second model, with a larger 5000mAh battery capacity, glass body that weighs 188g and 8.22mm thick, it can support 80W fast charging that can charge up to 100% in 32 minutes, and also supports 65W / 50W Super VOOC fast charging.

The company claims to be taking up to 38 battery security protective measures that bring ultimate protection to its battery, including a special temperature managing algorithm that ensures the battery temperature remains under 43°C (110°F) while charging.

Realme also claims that the phone’s lithium batteries will retain 80% of their capacity after 1,000 complete charging cycles and draw their power via USB Type-C. Both phones feature USB Type-C audio, and Stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos.

On the front is a 6.7-inch 1080 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED display with 100% DCI P3 color gamut and supports Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor with a heart rate monitoring option.

The display is HDR10+ certified and features an independent display chip that should smooth out frame rates in demanding games and lower power consumption in some cases – 120Hz refresh rate, with up to 1000Hz instant touch sampling rate.

Realme mentioned that the Le Mans and Silver color editions have a classic track double-stripe design, and the phone also comes in Hurricane Black color without the stripes. It brings NFC supports, 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Dual SIM, and Bluetooth 5.2.

The realme GT Neo3 features a triple rear camera setup, a primary f/1.88 50-megapixels Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, accompanied by f/2.25 8-megapixels 119° Ultra Wide Lens and 2-megapixels f/2.4 macro sensor. It packs a 16-megapixels Samsung S5K3P9 sensor with an f/2.45 lens.

Both models are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5nm processor with its A55 CPUs clocking at 4x 2.85GHz A78 and 4x 2.0GHz coupled with Mali-G510 MC6 GPU for better graphic performance. It runs Android 12 with realme UI 3.0 out of the box.

The realme GT Neo3 uses a heat dissipation area of 39606mm², VC liquid cooling system covering the area up to 4129mm², has a 9-layer heat dissipation structure, bringing up to 19°C reductions on its core peak temperature. Your demanding game has no competition here.

There are available in four memory configurations, 6GB / 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB / 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. It uses LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It has X-axis linear vibration moto.
