Samsung Galaxy A53, Galaxy A33, and Galaxy A73 5G launched with 25W fast charging

    The South Korean tech giant, Samsung officially launches a wide range of its Galaxy A-series – Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, and Galaxy A73 5G with different screen displays, and a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

    These new Smartphones will roll out in several countries globally starting from the 22nd of April, while the pricing for the Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A33 has been mentioned, Samsung is yet to announce the Galaxy A73 price.

    While the Galaxy A53 5G, and Galaxy A33 5G are powered by Exynos 1280 processor with 2.4GHz Dual, and 2GHz Hexa CPUs coupled with Mali-G68 GPU for graphic performance. The Galaxy A73 5G is driven by Snapdragon 778G 6nm chipset with 4x 2.4GHz and 1.8GHz Kryo 670 CPUs coupled with Adreno 642L GPU.

    The new mobile phones are available for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage, they are both expandable up to 1TB via microSD card slot. There is Samsung Pay, USB Type-C audio, and Stereo speakers with sound by AKG tuned by Dolby Atmos.

    These phones run Android 12 with Samsung One UI 4.1 out of the box and pack a massive 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging through USB Type-C. However, none of these phones come with a charger in the box.

    This is the top-premium among the trios – bringing a bigger 6.7″ Infinity-O FHD+ Super AMOLED screen with 1080p screen resolution, supports 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling, and support for Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

    The Samsung Galaxy A73 5G comes in Gray, White, and Mint colors option. It comes with f/1.8 108-megapixels with OIS, 12-megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 lens, and dual 5-megapixels depth/macro sensor. The front packs a 32-megapixels f/2.2 sensor.

    Similar to others in the lineup, the Galaxy A53 5G brings an FHD+ 1080p Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, but the screen size is 6.5-inch.

    It comes with a 64-megapixels f/1.8 sensor with OIS, and others follow the Galaxy A73 5G setup – f/2.2 12-megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera, and dual 5-megapixels depth / macro sensor with LED flash. It comes with a 32-megapixels f/2.2 selfie snapper.

    It comes with a 6.4-inch FHD+ 1080pixels with Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The only difference is the change from 120Hz refresh rate to 90Hz refresh rate.

    The cameras are slightly different from others in the A-series – featuring a 48-megapixels f/1.8 sensor with OIS, accompanied by 8-megapixels f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, 2-megapixels depth sensor, and 5-megapixels f/2.4 macro camera. There’s LED flash support.

    Samsung Galaxy A33 5G comes with a 13-megapixels f/2.2 front-facing camera. Both Samsung Galaxy A53 and A33 5G come in Black, White, Peach, and Blue colors. All the Smartphones come with a 5G modem support.

    The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G is priced at $449.99 / €449 for the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage, and €509 ($563) for the bigger 8GB RAM / 256GB storage variant. While the Galaxy A33 5G 6GB RAM / 128GB costs €369 ($408). These phones will roll out in several countries globally starting from April 1st.
