The Aquos R3 is the successor to the Sharp Aquos R2 Compact, and both comes with almost similar specs and features. It features a 6.2-inch Pro IGZO panel that has 3120 x 1440-pixel resolution and 120Hz, with HDR10 support and has two notches.
One of the notch up front houses a single 16.3MP selfie camera, while the other on the bottom display hosts the fingerprint sensor scanner.
It comes with a dual rear camera setup, which consists of AI powered 12.2MP (f/1.7, 78-degree FOV) for photography and a 20MP (f/2.4, 125-degree FOV) for video recording.
Under the hood, the device is completely powered by a Snapdragon 855 SoC, coupled with 6GB RAM. It also runs on the latest Android Pie.
Comes with 128GB of internal storage, and backed by a 3,200mAh battery capacity with support for 11W Qi wireless charging. The price and availability of the Sharp Aquos R3 is yet unknown.
